At the August 2005 CT-KASA meeting at Camp Harkness Beach in Waterford, we had a presentation from Gretchen Knauff, Assistant Director of the CT Office of Protection & Advocacy for Persons with Disabilities. Ms. Knauff explained how P&A works and what people could expect them to do (or not do) if you called for their help.
